Shoe Doku is a game of style and logic, similar to the number puzzle that you might have seen in the paper on your daily commute, only this has better labels. Take 9 girls, and 9 handbags, and you are near to what you need for the game. Imagine one girl says ‘are you sure you have everything? Did you bring your phone?’ and immediately everyone looks into their bag. Well you have to check that it’s the case from every angle. Each of the 9 girls need to have the essential 9 items: the lipstick, their keys (on keyring), purse, sunglasses, perfume, bracelet, notebook, phone and, of course, their stilettos. Do you have all nine items in every horizontal row? Every vertical? Every square? Just don’t let anyone take more shoes than they need…
