## Description

When Graeme Souness answered an unexpected call in 1986, he left Sampdoria to rebuild a declining Rangers. What followed was five years of upheaval, controversy and brilliance. In this candid memoir, he reveals how he reshaped Ibrox—from the explosive signing of Mo Johnston, breaking a long-standing ban on Catholic players, to recruiting English stars like Terry Butcher and Chris Woods, and driving a faster, more modern style. Amid fierce Old Firm clashes, Rangers returned to dominance, winning four League titles and four League Cups. More than trophies, Souness reflects on pressure, controversy and leadership in one of football’s most demanding jobs.
