The Pleasures of Spring

Roz Spring is an actress and a chameleon, the kind of woman who lands on her feet no matter how rough life gets. But when she is witness to a murder, Roz is forced to go into hiding. Andy McTavish has turned his back on a life of privilege to prove himself in the world of international security. Tall dark and dangerous, Andy is the ultimate seducer and he has never met a woman who can tame him. Roz needs his protection and, to get his family off his back, Andy needs a fake fiancée. The solution is obvious. Pretending to be up close and personal won't be hard, as the chemistry between them is electrifying. As two practiced charmers drive each other beyond the limits of sensual endurance, they find their usual defences are no good. When the barriers come crashing down, a raw passion emerges that neither can deny. By using each other to hide in plain sight, they are both changed forever. When the murderer shows his hand, Roz and Andy must fight for life and freedom. But what happens when the job is finished and the need to pretend is over? Can either of them walk away?
