I Needed This Today

All on The Board are the duo behind the uplifting quotes and poems written on TfL service boards across London. Since revealing their identity ten years ago, they have been on some challenging, heartbreaking and inspiring personal journeys, learning from and helping thousands of others along the way to find community, hope and light in the darkness. Now they are continuing on their mission to lift spirits and spread happiness far and wide. In the chaos of modern life, I Needed This Today is a quiet space to breathe: a collection of wise, encouraging words to offer comfort and fill up your cup when you need it most. Divided into chapters based on the emotions that shape our lives - LOVE, LOSS, COURAGE, RESILIENCE, JOY, GRATITUDE and more - this book meets you where you are, whether you need strength in difficult times, a reminder that you're not alone or a simple moment of gratitude. Filled with brand-new poems, never-before-seen boards and personal short stories going behind the boards in Ian and Jeremy's trademark warmth and vulnerability, plus contributions from celebrity collaborations, I Needed This Today is an invitation to take a moment to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself.
