Following this year's nationwide lockdown and the uncertainties surrounding the return to school, educationalists will be faced with very different demands and expectations, during the following weeks and months. The common aim for all of us, wherever we teach, is the safeguarding of every young person under our auspices. This brand-new resource pack is intended to refresh your understanding, remind you of the requirements of National Safeguarding policies and to provide some further safeguarding considerations during this time of uncertainty. The Government and Ofsted have asked schools to carefully consider revising their child protection policy (led by their Designated Safeguarding Lead) to reflect the return of pupils.
