A Nine Night for Noxxy

I didn’t want Noxxy to stay as a ghost forever! Her spirit needed to pass over peacefully, so we had to have a nine night for Noxxy. Noxxy was the best cat Janae could ask for. She was playful, caring and had the softest fur ever! When Noxxy passes away, Janae doesn't know how to be without her and nothing will make her feel better. However, after a big, warm hug from Granny and a story about a traditional Jamaican nine night to remember the deceased and help their spirits move on, an idea starts to form . . . With help from family and friends, Janae is determined to put on the best nine night for Noxxy ever! But will the nine night make it easier for Janae be able to say goodbye to Noxxy? A warm and heartfelt picture book tackling the tricky topic of pet loss with a Caribbean flavour. Also features a foreword from Trish Cooke, the award-winning writer of So Much !
